Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency agents arrested an overseas Filipino workers couple for possession of shabu in a buy-bust operation in Bakakeng Road, Baguio City, the other night.
The shabu-supplier-couple was identified as Fe H. Delim, 54, married, of Sison, Pangasinan; and Jimmy C. Rabosa, 49, married, of Masbate, Delim’s live-in partner. Both are residents of Asan Norte, Sison, Pangasinan, and former OFWs in Hong Kong for 15 years.
“We busted ex-OFWs in drug trade responsible for inter-region distribution of shabu,” reports Dir. Gil Cesario P. Castro, PDEA Cordillera Administrative Region regional director, to the agency’s national office after the operation at 11:30 p.m.
Seized from them were approximately 15 grams of shabu in three heat-sealed plastic transparent sachets worth P150,000.
